Adult

While children and youth are hugely important to the ministry and outreach at First Missionary, that doesn’t mean we intend to lose sight of ministering to adults!  Supporting and protecting Christ-centered families is one of our key values at First Missionary!

Sunday School

Sunday School classes for adults is one of the strongest elements of First Missionary Church.  You are welcome to visit any of the adult classes and see if there’s a particular one that feels like a fit for you.  Times and locations of the classes include…

Friendly Bible, meeting in Room 300, taught by Tony Yoder.

Friendship, meeting in the east end of the Fellowship Hall, taught by Jerry Sprunger.

Crusaders, meeting in the Large Youth Room (south room off of the Youth Ministry Center), taught by Bud Bearss.

10:45 a.m.

Blueprints, meeting in the west end of the Fellowship Hall, taught by John & Lisa Wanner.

Homebuilders, meeting in the east end of the Fellowship Hall, taught by Jason Yoder.

Foundations, meeting in the Large Youth Room, taught by Randy Kistler.

Small Groups

We have twelve small groups that meet in homes on Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday evenings. Continually open to new people, these small groups provide an avenue to grow closer to God and closer to other people in a safe, caring environment. Our small groups are focused on fellowship, one-another ministry, learning God’s Word, and doing ministry together. There’s a place for you in one of our small groups.

Women’s Ministries

Wanting to grow as a woman of God? Throughout the week, there are several opportunities to develop into the image of Christ. Our MUMS program, to highlight just one, offers a way for mothers of small children to be encouraged and lift up one another!
